PROGRESS IN NEGOTIATIONS BETWEEN USMX AND ILA

Under the auspices of the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS), the United States Maritime Alliance (USMX) and the International Longshoremen’s Association (ILA) are making progress in their negotiations. However, the deadline is still set for next Wednesday February 6th with the possibility of strikes which may impact all the 14 ports of the U.S. East Coast & Gulf from Maine to Texas.
