SPAIN : SEVERE PORT CONGESTION
Spain is facing a severe situation with a lot of containers roll-over & ships delays.
This is affecting all Spanish ports as it's a response to the government's plan to reform the port system.
The situation may become more complex as some unions have announced to go on strikes on February 20, 22 & 24, 2017.
